Data controller

NordSkift is the data controller for personal data associated with this website. Enquiries can be sent to nordskift.kontakt@gmail.com.

The legal name, organisation number and registered address will be published when the information is available and verified.

Contact

The contact form uses Web3Forms to send the enquiry to NordSkift. When you submit the form, your name, email address and description of the workflow are transferred. Any information you provide about systems, how often the task occurs and the desired improvement is also transferred. The page address is included to show where the enquiry came from.

Web3Forms processes the information as the form service provider. The information is used to deliver the enquiry, respond to it and follow up any subsequent conversation. You can alternatively contact NordSkift directly at nordskift.kontakt@gmail.com. Do not send special categories of personal data or other sensitive information in an initial enquiry.

Cookies and consent

The website stores your consent choice locally on your device. Optional analytics or marketing tools are not loaded until you actively consent to the relevant category. You can change or withdraw your choice through “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Analytics and marketing

If Google Tag Manager is configured and you consent, approved analytics or marketing tools may be loaded in accordance with your choice. If the configuration is absent, no such tools are loaded. New tools must not be activated without corresponding consent controls.

Sharing and operation

Web3Forms receives the information from the contact form to deliver the enquiry to NordSkift.
Google may receive analytics or marketing data only when the relevant setup exists and you have consented.
The hosting provider processes technical requests that are necessary to deliver the website.
Email providers process the content when an enquiry is delivered or you contact NordSkift directly.

Retention and your rights

Information is not retained longer than necessary for its purpose and any legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion, and you may object to or request restriction of processing when the relevant conditions are met. You may also submit a complaint to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.

Changes

This policy is updated when company details, suppliers or the processing of personal data change. The date of the latest substantial update will be added once the policy has received legal review.
