How we work

We start with the working day, not the technology.

You do not need to arrive with a finished solution. Start with one task that recurs, requires a great deal of copying or is difficult to follow up. Together, we identify what can be made simpler.

From assessment to follow-up

Four clear steps.

  1. 01

    Map

We follow one task from start to finish and identify where information is copied, where the work gets held up and who is responsible.

  2. 02

    Define the scope

We agree what can happen automatically, what a person must still decide and what should happen when information is missing.

  3. 03

    Build and test

The solution is built in smaller steps. We test both standard cases and situations where something is missing or does not go as planned.

  4. 04

    Follow up

It is clear who should respond to an error. The solution can later be adjusted when systems, routines or needs change.

Confidence throughout the process

Clear boundaries and responsibilities.

A good solution should be easy to understand, and it should be clear when a person needs to take over.

We start with the working day

Before proposing a solution, we need to understand the task, the people carrying it out and what the business wants to improve.

People retain important decisions

Pricing, professional choices, sensitive matters and unusual situations should still be handled by the right person.

Errors should be visible

We agree what should stop, who should be notified and what must be checked manually.

Access is restricted

The solution should only have access to the information and systems it actually needs.

What do you receive?

A clear next step.

The assessment may lead to a focused solution, but it may also show that the task should be clarified before it is automated. You receive an honest recommendation for the way forward.

Common questions

What if something does not go to plan?

We agree what the solution should do when information is missing or a system does not respond. It can stop, notify the right person or send the task for human handling.

How long does the assessment take?

This depends on the task, how many people are involved and how many exceptions exist. The scope is agreed after an initial conversation.

Next step

Start with one recurring task.

Tell us how the task is handled today and where the work gets held up. We assess what may be a sensible first step.
